The St. Timothy Faith Formation's Confirmation classes (9th & 10th grades) are holding a non-perishable food drive the weekend before Valentine's Day to benefit our parish St. Vincent de Paul food pantry. We are asking the help of our entire parish to donate non-perishable food items such a canned goods, spaghetti sauce, pasta, rice, cereal, etc. There will be a drive-thru drop-off on Saturday Feb 12 and Sunday Feb 13 from 9:30am-Noon on both days. The drop-off site will be at the back of the church parking lot. There are also boxes in front of St. Martha's Chapel to collect your food donations. Please help our Faith Formation students make this food drive a success to assist the needy in our community, particularly during these trying times. “'Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?' And Jesus said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it,
You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets.'" Matthew 22:36-40. Thank you for your generosity and support of our food drive for our neighbors in need.
